Can we bring a picnic?
No outside food or drink inside the Bandshell, please. We have a fully-stocked bar (run by the mixologists of Blackbird Ordinary), and we usually feature wonderful food vendors inside the venue. We also have a water fountain.
Do we need to bring our own chairs?
No. We have bench-style seating inside the venue. Some of our shows are seated in nature, others are set up for dancing. If you are at the Bandshell and you need a seat but cannot find one, come see us at the Rhythm Foundation table.
Can I bring my pet?
Please leave your pet at home. Service animals are welcome inside the venue. We relax our no-pets rule during Food Trucks & Music Nights.
Can I bring my kid?
The venue is family friendly, and many people do bring their children to shows. Refer to individual show info for children’s ticketing policies. Please think about protecting very young children’s ears at all live music events…
Where do we park?
The municipal parking lot at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue is closest, and it is free (!) after 6pm. When it is full, look for another municipal parking lot at Ocean Terrace at 75th Street, or on-street parking.
We also recommend coming via bicycle, or using public transportation including the free North Beach trolley.
What happens if it rains?
The venue is an open air facility. Shows are scheduled rain or shine. If it looks like rain, bring a poncho or umbrella.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes. We are fully accessible to patrons in wheelchairs, including restrooms. We have on hand assisted listening devices. If you have specific requests, please let us know ahead of time. (786) 453-2897 or email@example.com
